02 Grand Prix GTP: air doesn't blow on fan setting 5 & AC issue

My air does not blow on fan setting 5. Also, it barley comes out of the driver's side left vent and the passengers left one barley works either. Could it be clogged or something?



My AC button also is very broken. Sometimes it will come on when I turn my air on and won't go off unless I turn off my car. I also can not use the button to turn it on, and the light only sometimes works.



any ideas?
 


The blower motor resistor is usually the problem when the fan speed doesn't work correctly.

The outer 2 vents don't blow as hard as the center ones on these cars.

It also sounds like maybe the switch for the a/c might be bad.
