Blower resistor. This is basically behind the glove box. At least, that's why your fan is only working on high. As for the headlights, that's a bit odd. I'd blame gremlins...
Meh. There was a TSB on this pointing to the ignition. One of the fixes was to wire in a resistor.

Yea definitely look at the ignition switch. it's a common problem and so is the blower motor resistor.
