Because almost every "race" happens on the street, when someone was "minding there own business." Plus that wasn't really a race anyways. He literally drove in a straight line.

anyways looks like fun times. i think the magnum would have edged out in a run. they run mid 13's stock i think.
 
Ya all he did is go in a straight line, most of these races dont do any harm and plus there was not much traffic and saw a couple of cars when they took off. Why make a "Street" car that can go that fast if we got to go to a "race track" to race.
