'01 3.1L Serpentine belt and rocker arm bolts

I have a 2001 Grand Prix Se 3.1L. I am burning through serpentine belts rapidly. I have two old ones that are torn in half but not completely broken and a new one just in case them two fail :D. but i seen a post today about the harmonic balancer going bad with rubber gasket in there. wondering if that is the problem i'm having. When i put the new serpentine belt on and ran the car, i could see after i ran it and shut it off, that either a/c compressor pulley or Harmonic balancer pulley is out of line. Is this a common problem with this car?

Recent work i've done on this car was:
-Removed heads got rocker arm holes tapped from machines shop ( i think they put inserts in not 100% sure)
in that process i moved alternator and ac compressor to remove the heads. done that twice.
-Also replaced the tensioner pulley assembly with in the past 2 year

Is there possibility that my installation of alternator and ac compressor bolts(motor mount) was wrong. Or is it the Crank shaft rubber thing i read about.

Need help asap just finished tapping 2 rocker arms bolts with heads in car, after it has been sitting for a year and a half, i was to the point to rip the heads out and replace with re-manufactured ones, because i was worried about tapping the heads while in the car or the other rocker arms to continue to pull out.

Any info or links would be greatly appreciated

I have the same symptoms. I knew it was the harmonic balancer after I replaced the belt and saw that it was the only pulley the belt was not aligned on. Take the FR tire off and remove the slash cover and you can visually inspect the balancer. Now if I can just get the damn bolt off. Is it righty tighty or reverse thread?
