'00 Regal shaking issue

Hey everyone, I have a '00 Regal LSE with 87k miles. Whenever I gradually slow the car to around ~5-15 mph or release the brake pedal slowly from a stop, I get a very noticeable shudder/shaking through the car. From a stop, the slower I release the pedal the harder the shudder gets, it almost feels like the engine is jumping around. This condition seems to be worsening lately and is more noticeable after hard acceleration. I can even feel this shaking in park and reverse.

Trans shifts fine and there is no misfire or check engine light. I've replaced the MAF sensor, PCV valve and did a full tune up less than 15k miles ago. I had a mechanic look at it for a second opinion and they could not pinpoint the issue either. Don't really know what my next step should be, my only other thought is that there is a transmission problem of some sort. Any thoughts or opinions? Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

Here's my car, its been a great beater. Got it with 66k miles from an old lady about a year ago to replace my GTP. Never had an issue with this ride other than this. I am planning to top swap soon, but want to iron out this issue first.

That could be a vacuum leak.

With the car at idle, spray some carb cleaner around your intake gaskets, hoses, etc. If you hear a change in idle, that's where the leak might be.

I swear I thought the mechanic I took it to said he checked for vacuum leaks. I guess I will look myself and go from there, thanks man.

^^Will do, thanks man. My friend and I looked at it yesterday for a while and we think it has some type of vacuum leak.
