00 GTP Washer pump innop - no power to

So I tested the pump with test light. Ground good, no power. Is it likely that gold plated diamond embedded wiper switch GM seems loves so much I need a bank loan for? Alternatives, or other likely issues? aside from wiring a separate wire, or junk yard?
 


25 amp fuse runs wiper motor and washer. Wipers work normal, I can only assume the fuse is good.
