00 Gtp problems after installing sd headers

The video link will be posted soon but what ive done to the car is replace headers with sd headers, replace fuel filter, replace vacuum hoses, replace spark plugs, replace valve cover gaskets. take note that i do not remember where one vacuum hose goes, the O2 sensor that goes near the flex plate is not on. This is my first time doing something in this extent of a project, i received assistance with my father that is a good mechanic and someone who works on grand prixs on his freetime for some tips but for the most part, my blood and sweat is on this car.
This started after the car has warmed up. it was on for about 10 minutes doing very good! i turned it off and tightened some nuts and bolts and then it turned on. ran great but when i was about to pull out to give it a test drive, it wanted to shut off, black smoke was coming out of the exhaust and started going crazy. Rough Idling. And another note. my boost guage states there is no boost even when revving it, the link for the vid of my car will go up in 15 minutes, its uploading as we speak.
But more additional information that might help you guys diagnose this problem
3 back spark plugs were in baaad shape! Very bad shape! needed to be replaced
Vacuum hoses in bad shape, and i had a vacuum leak
Fuel filter before it was replaced has dirt and water in there
Broken stud in the head about less than 1/8 inch in, i know the process to get it pulled out, i just wanted the car put together at least.
 


Dear god guy...where to start...

ummm...front o2 sensor NEEDS to be plugged in, you'll have to splice and extend the factory harness to reach it since it moved from the manifold to the DP...that was the first plug you grabbed. Second line you picked up goes to the top of the 3-nipple tree on the top right side of the supercharger.

This is how the lines SHOULD look.

Okay then where does the line that comes from the T that comes from under the about of the s/c? I might be blind or something because these diagrams are hard to read
