Quick Question, i am getting a noise coming from my drivers side front wheel area, like a tire out of balance but its not because the tire on that side was just balanced. what else could that be. its like something is loose.

There is 2 new tie rods on the outside, 2 front quick struts.

i hear the noise just driving, its like a whirring sound
