    problems with a/c controls and cig lighter/charger fuse and low trac system

    in my 2001 pontiac grand prix the a/c only works on 5 and the low trac system doesnt come on when i start the car. my key wont turn all the way back so it just dings until i close the door..the fuse for my car charger keeps blowing out and when i turn on the a/c at night my headlights turn off...
