    What controls the key fob???

    I have been having some ongoing issues with 98 gp after an unintended visit to water filled ditch in February. Rght now the remote is not working. I reprogrammed it to my 99 Regal and it worked--to some extent. Anyway, it appears the remote is not my issue, any suggestions on where to go next?

    High beams "point down"

    I have had some ongoing issues with a recently purchased used 98 GP. I have replaced the headlight housings and bulbs and it helped some. Biggest issue now is with high beams--when activated the seem to "point down" and not down the road at all. Any help is appreciated.
