• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

  • Hi there. I'm sorry to bother you. But I was hoping you would clarify something for me from an answer you gave a while back. I pasted it here in case u wanted to read it. My question is this: when I flush the heater core out, do I need to refill it with radiator coolant? If so, what is the procedure? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Jason

ive had this issue a few times on different cars/trucks and flushing out just the heater core with a garden hose did the trick each time....i hook up a line from garden hose to inlet, then outlet to ground/bucket, turn hose on, wait until the water running out is clear, swap inlet for outlet and "backflush" it, keep going back and forth until its always nice and clean, hook lines back up, bleed cooling system, enjoy.
yep and I work at autozone and have worked in the Peru store to remodel it lol If you go there, tell Jessica, Andrew from the Huntington store said hi! ha ha She used to work for us at the Huntington store. What you drive man? if you ever need some random parts let me know. lol
