It's the power control module, there's a lot of places that sell them. Intense has a good one I think, they tune it to your mods and take off your limiter and change the RPM's your car shifts at and stuff. Make a thread on GPONA - Grand Prixs of North America there's a lot of people with 04'+ GP's on there I'm sure someone will be able to guide you in the right direction.

You need to buy another PCM.

Cold I hope. I blocked it off as much as I could, so it's pulling cooler air than it would in the middle of the engine bay. I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure that categorizes it as a cold air intake.

find him in the member section under letter F and pm him...

I bought them locally, here's a thread as to where you can find them. The front and rear SE lips, they came on the 06'-07' Special Edition's. The side skirts are stock. Thanks for the compliment too, this link will help you A LOT:
