So not a grand prix, but an '05 Bonneville...hope you can forgive me. Cold AC on passenger side, hot air everywhere else.

System is charge. Flappers appear to be working...the one behind the glove box is moving when temp is altered, and if I take it off I can move the flapper by hand manually. One way I get hot air all around, the other I get cold on the passenger vents and lukewarm on all the rest. This is not a dual climate car as best I can tell, there's a mounting point for another actuator under the driver's side but no actual actuator or shaft. System appears to be fully charged and the line going into the firewall is COLD and the line coming out and cool.

I would appreciate ideas if you have any.
 


orifice tube might be clogged up. or its actually low. you'll need gauges hooked up to know for sure. the compressor turning off and on?
 


I know it's charged because I checked it. And yes the compressor is staying on. That's how the line is staying cold the whole time and why there's cold AC coming from the passenger side vents.
