1998 GTP - What's this gooey sticky stuff leaking from the interior door panels?

Has anyone had a problem with sticky amber colored residue leaking out from their interior door panels? Mine is oozing out from just above every armrest. It looks and acts like tree sap. Any help with how to remove it would be greatly appreciated.
