I have read the "starting HPTuners" sticky thoroughly, After I get my Fuel trims dialed in, I start airflow tuning. When I adjust the mass air table my ltft's go back to terrible numbers. Am I doing something wrong? Btw, after getting to mid 11's(AFR) at wot my ltft's are pegged at -16.

You tune your part throttle airflow first, then WOT tuning. Only during WOT are you also tuning the afr directly. The computer is going to get the car to 14.7 during part throttle no matter what you do.

Hmm. According to the instructions you adjust the whole Maf table to get ltft between -5 and +5. Then you adjust the 7000htz and higher for wot runs. Once that's done you scale the lower end of the table do there aren't many spikes. It seems like I was wasting time trying to get good trims only to change the whole table again. I hope I'm explaining this right. Do you understand what I mean?

PE enabled the whole time? How long do you let the trims relearn before messing with them again?

No PE during trim tune. About a half an hour of driving in between each adj.
