    Cant scan computer???

    I just replaced the motor in our 00 gtp. Well I start it and it's running ruff. It has check engine light on so took it in to see what the deal was, and they are telling me there is no power to it. So they are telling me they can't scan it. What the heck is going on??? Please let me know...
