    Roller Rocker With Cam Question?

    i have a xp cam i got from zzp, i also acquired 1.6 roller rockers, alot of people are telling me not to install them, just run the cam with the springs. there 1.6 roller rockers adjustable i have no clue on how they install, can someone give me a quick lesson how to install these LOL..
