    1989 Turbo Grand Prix questions

    well i am the new owner of a 1989 turbo Grand prix which has the following problems will not start turning the key but will start jumping the solenoid ,the aintilock brakes pump on and off and doesn't quit.I also says check guages?????? Thanks for any help Kenny
