    No power under load

    I have a 2001 gt - car starts and runs fine when cold. Once it heats ups it idles fine but no power on acceleration, could barely get it up 30 kph Pulled a PO141 code and changed the O2 sensor but that didn't help. Fuel pressue is fine. Bad Cat or what? Thanks in advance from a new guy here on...
