    shift indicator light in cluster not working after gtp trans swap

    The car is a 98 grand prix with a ss m90 kit if the key is on and not in the run position and you step on the break it flickers. Then when you let off the brake it gos off again. When the car is running it never works it worked fine befor the trans swap. Its not the bulb or any fuse
