    1995 idle issue

    So I'm now to the GM scene, and I have an issue with my 1995 3100 SE. I drove it home last week and all was good. I start it today to move it and prep it for registration it decided it wanted to rev right after start up and idle anywhere from 3000 rpm's to 4000 rpm's. Any ideas fella's? Video...
