Once you login to the website, click "User CP".
This will open a list of threads you're subscribed to with new replies.
Any thread you post in you will be automatically subscribed to.
If there are no new posts in the thread and you wish to view all of the threads you're subscribed to click "View all Subscribed Threads" near the bottom right.
