hey bud i have an 05 na as well with that annoying random chuggle or hesitation that goes away with a key restart too. Have you asked a dealer about a pcm reprogram, what would they charge. Ive been reading up on the overkill pcms and they seem to be the fix.along with various other little issues. I have emailed will for a bit more info on the pcm but have not heard back yet. If you do get the pcm please let me know if it is the fix. Thanks,
