    Difference between series 1 and series 2

    I may be getting a mint buick riviera with a blown up series 1 and i can get a good running series 2 for 150 so I was wanting to know how easy and what I would have to do to get the motor in.I was wondering if I could use the series2 bottom end with the series1 top end?Idk anything about these...
