    2008 Grand Prix HID headlights flickering

    put HID's in my car a while back and they do flicker if its not dark enough I figured its from the daytime running lights don't send enough voltage and they flicker and piss around, now when I originally hooked them up I used the harness to draw power from the battery and it still did the same...
