    Hello. Im sure they are street legal, but they wont help you pass the smog check. What a lot of people do, is go to a place where they can help you (if you know what I mean). Just shoot em some extra funds :)

    Hey I have a question about the headers for sale. Would they be street legal for use in PA? If not do you know what modification would need to be done for them to pass inspection.
