    Blower Motor or Blower Motor Resistor???

    I have a 99 grand prix se 3.1 when i used to turn the air/heat on it randomly made a growling type noise then stopped. But If i turn it to the defrost setting and on #1 or #2 it warms the car from the dash but not the vents. nothing blows out of the actual vents. what could it be? blower motor...
