    Full Throttle Problems?

    I recently bought a 98 GP GT and I have noticed that the HP of the car is going out. Sometimes I open it all the way, and the motor gets loud but I dont go fast. I done a tune up to the car last week and it still didnt change it. Anybody able to tell me what is going on?
