    Can anyone tell me why the computer would keep the park rev governor on, so it will cut out at 4K, while driving?

    Misfire?

    My grand prix keeps doing this weird thing. If I give the car more then 70% throttle, It will rev up to 5K rpm and not shift, The engine light will start to blink and it will lose power.
