    Hello, I have two questions/concerns. When fueling (from empty or 1/2 full, etc.) the pump will auto shut off on me as if to imply the tank was full. Why does it do that? Is it the way I'm holding the pump? The angle? Secondly... On initial start-ups, my car will turn over then the engine...
