    Help Car Hard Starting

    Hello Guys. I have a 98 GTP that is having a hard time starting. I have replaced the CPS, and that didn't help. The Car will start with the foot on the accelerator pedal. The tach also seem a little jumpy lately. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
