    Question about ABS/Traction Control Lights and Sway Bar

    I just had my 2002 Grand Prix GT in the shop because the ABS and Traction Control Lights were on. I was told the back brakes are rusted tight and not working. Would this cause those lights to go on. I have noticed they do go off when it rains so I am wondering if they really are rusted tight...
