    Another blower motor?

    New here and sorry if this has been asked before, I searched and couldn't find an answer. A '98 Grand Prix. No speeds 1-4, 5 ok. Replaced resistor pack, same thing. I have 12-14 volts at fan on 5, 1-4 nothing. There is power going into resistor but none out on 1-4, but all wires for speeds 1-4...
