"Hey im interested in getting carbon or at least making my own. Where did you learn from and how hard is it? Is there any materials that looks like carbon fiber even if it fake. Please message me back soon. Thanks"
Takes some expensive machines to make, and weave the fibers into carbon fiber rolls. I buy already produced sheets by the yard. You can buy it from many different sources on line. Takes time and skill to get it to look good and come out awesome if your after the look of the carbon weave. Skill or knowledge I do not have. I can work with it, but I cannot make it look good.
Yes, there is fake carbon fiber. Such as my shift boots I had made. You can use REAL carbon fiber on somethings, but as a shift boot...it will work, but will come unraveled. My shift boots were made of vinyl, with the embossed pattern of carbon fiber pressed into it. Leather can also be used the same way to give the look. Stickers are also fake looking, some better than others. I have good sources for the best looking fake vinyl stickers, vinyl, and leather I have ever seen.
