    4T65E trouble.

    I have a 1999 Grand Prix GT with the 4T65E transmission, 3.8 N/A engine, and the transmissions giving me major trouble. Serious slipping in first gear. Not the original, previous owner said mr. Transmission "built" it. I found the same type trans on craigslist but it came out of a 2001 impala...

    No Cruise/Traction problems

    Just got a 1999 Grand Prix GT, Naturally aspirated, 166,xxx miles, I just noticed cruise control doesn't work, and i cannot turn the traction off. hitting the button does nothing. Is there something connected between these two causing this to happen? thanks!
