    Trans just got rebuilt...still winds out 1st gear

    My 98 GTP was previously throwing a CEL for P0742 torque converter clutch solenoid. When you would put it into D and take off from a stop, the car would wind out 1st gear till about 4 or 5k RPM... and if you took your foot off the gas it would finally shift into 2nd.
