Noisy exhaust...still!
Hi guys, I posted earlier about how I put an SLP exhaust on my GXP, and it was pretty loud. So, I just had a resonator installed, and it is still way too loud for my liking. I really don't want to change the whole exhaust, so I was thinking about replacing the SLP mufflers with something else...- paulhunde

GXP Running Srange at Higher Speeds
Hey all, My '05 GXP has been having some issues at higher speeds, like 65-70. The RPMs seem to fluctuate between 1800-2000, almost like it's shifting from gear to gear. Also does it with the cruise set. Could this just be a sensor, or maybe something with the active fuel management?- paulhunde

Anyone put an SLP system on their GXP?
I put one on a little bit ago, had posted stuff about thumping noises. After much looking, I think I my have found one of the problems. In the middle of the exhaust system, there seems to be an "extra stem" for a rubber hanger, but there are none around. So, I'm either missing one, or this needs...- paulhunde

2005 GXP Rear Thumping
Sorry if this has been covered already, but didn't really see what I was looking for in previous posts. My 05 GXP has terrible thumping noise in rear, so I assumed it was the struts and/or mounts. New exhaust on my '05 GXP, still loud
Hey all, I just put a new SLP exhaust on my '05, because the old one was trashed. Only thing is, it is still pretty loud and annoying. The SLP did not come with a resonator, so I'm wondering if it's because this is missing, or maybe the cat converter is shot, that's why it's still loud. Any...- paulhunde
