    2002 Grand Prix - brown/green wire under hood, below fuse block. What is it?

    I have a 2002 Grand Prix, and I noticed today underneath the fuse block under the hood there is a wire connection that is not connected to anything. It has a brown and green wire. Any ideas what this is for? And more importantly where does it connect to? Photo attached.
