    car won't start

    2000 grand prix, 3.8 NA car died while my mother was driving it. low on gas (we thought) since the gauge read empty. put gas in car, would not roll over, just clicked. battery had a bad cell, replaced battery. still nothing. replaced starter unit. still won[t roll over, and 20 gal of gas in car...
