    wipers wont go down

    the wipers on my grand prix just sit up on the windshield when not being used instead of the normal position. they still work and will go down but wont go down when not in use, any ideas? it is pretty cold here if that has any effect

    door wont shut? latch stuck

    ive had this problem last year in the cold when i first bought the car too, the latch in the door jamb that locks/unlocks it is stuck and i cant close the door, llast year wd40 and a screwdriver would usually work but today i tried that and lithium grease and its still stuck, any ideas?
