    Electrical Problem? No Power..

    My 1999 Gtp will not start, no power at all.. Switched out battery and checked fuses with no luck. Was running fine with the exception of approx. a week ago I went to start my car and noticed my clock was reset and reading 1:00 but my radio presets were still working..then today I go to start it...
