    Whining sound at 30 mph

    Hello everyone, I have a 2004 Grand Prix GT,about a month ago I hear a whining sound towards the front of the car. I figure it is the p/s fluid getting low, so I check and refill, still the same sound. This sound only starts at about 30 mph and continues to get higher, anyone please help!
