    Cranks for a long time before starting, pump or regulator?

    My 98 GTP will crank for at least 10 seconds before starting. If I turn the key to prime the pump a few times, it takes less cranking to start. How can I determine if it's the regulator not holding pressure or the pump getting weak? It runs fine and has never died or failed to start. Also...
