    Car Won't Start!!!!!!!!!!

    I went to start my car this morning, 2003 GP GTP, and it cranks but won't start. I checked all the fuses and they are all good and their is no trouble codes so I am wondering where to start. Is their any way to test if the fuel pump is working? or if the fuel filter is plugged?

    How dificult will it be to switch out the front bumper cover on my 99 gp? Some a**hole backed into my car and the bumper is chipping because the previous owner got i an accident and fixed it at his shop and the body filler is peeling behind the paint.
