    I am changing the fuel filter on a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am 6 cyl and I can't get to the quick release due to a hard plastic cover, Ihave never seen this before what kind of tool do I need ? The quick release wrench doesn't work for it. Anyone familiar with this ?
