    Throttle stuck

    Hi I have a 1999 GTP and everytime i try to drive it it seems to stay at the throttle level. I push the gas to weather its 2k rpms to 6k rpms. This is making it so I will not drive it but I love the car and was wondering if anyone had anything like this happen? I have asked some mechanically...
