    cooling issue

    ok i have replaced the intake gaskets (intake looked great 133,000 mies) water pump and radiator also coolant temp sensor. i have to use a 160 degree stat and had to disconnect the wire on the temp sensor that runs to the computer so that the fans will run all the time by doing this the car runs...

    i purchased 880 hid with the heavy duty wire harnees from the w-body store had them in for 2 days and they melted anyone have this problem and what would cause this because they should run cooler than oem lights

    my gtp is running about 210 degrees should be running alot cooler had to disconnect the yellow wire on the temp sensor to make the fans run all the time because they only turned on low when the car got real hot just fixed intake gaskets and have 180 degree stat and still runs at 210 any one else...
