    gp'ers in san diego?

    MIght be a silly question but this isnt supposed to make noise is it.. I mean even when the unit is off there is an odd intermittent noise it makes. Nothing when the car is off but anytime the car is one, from time to time it makes a strange sound. Whether the AC is on or the heat or its off...
