    so I've been thinking really hard about some different exhaust idea's and this is what I have come up with.     paint help

    I have a 97 gt and on the paint it looks like the hole car is covered in water spots but there not. I've tried going over the car with rubbing compound and several coat of wax but nothing does anyone know what it is or how to fix it.
