    won't start

    Hello, I'm posting on behalf of my father-in-law. He has a 2000 Grand Prix. It won't start (just happened yesterday). He's checked the battery (lots of charge), fuses, wires....everything seems fine. When he turns the key, the lights go on....BUT there is no click click click....so does...
